I have a guy wanting to trade guns for my vehicle (a mix of hand guns and rifles)
I have never purchased or traded guns from a private seller before so I don't know what needs to happen to make this all legal. I don't know the guy so I don't want to rely on him for all the info. I just need to be able to legally possess them and be able to sell some of them in the future. Also what info or paper work should I expect this fella to have on the guns. I looked up the values on these guns and I'm getting a good enough deal to justify the trade. I just don't want to end up with a bunch of guns that get me trouble with the man.
