Bow and/or gun on 400 acres in South Central Illinois
Posting for a friend of mine –
He has a great lease available near Noble in Clay and Richland Co.
This tract has produced at least 2 150+ deer each year for the last 4 years.
400 acres total, with about 250 of it being tillable but it's not farmed, it's grown up with saplings and heavy weeds. A lot of it is in a 15 year tree farm program that is into the 5th year.
Most of these fields are waste high weeds and grasses with a few saplings growing up. There are several oil wells on the property. The bulk of the property is in over grown fields or woods.
Food plots can be planted if the leaser wants. We saw lots of deer and turkey sign. This farm has produced several 150 and a few bigger bucks over the last few seasons.
Price on this tract is $6500 or best offer. I'll put a group together on it for $1000 each if I can get the correct mix of archers and gun/ml hunters
