I friend of mine is coming from Ohio. I want to take him hog hunting in the Chat NF. He will not have a gun. Does he need an out-of-state hunting license?

Best to have the license so that there is no doubt he is legal. that way even if you catch the DNR guy when he is on the rag he can't give you a ticket
