Anyone know of any good websites that have step by step fly tying instructions?

Youtube is your friend on this one. You may have to dig to find the specific information you want, but it should be there.

If you're interested in taking a class, The Fish Hawk and Orvis both have them.

drop by any orvis shop and just ask...they will be glad to let you in on the next session.......and then YOU TUBE....almost any fly out there is tied on youtube, with step by step instruction on recipes and the how to's

Yes. FAOL (Fly Anglers Online) on the web. More than you could ever tie, including, I think, all the standards.
