Okay I got the "I wants" for a Leopold M8-2-5X28mm IER Scout Scope.
I have a Marlin 1894P .44mag lever gun w/ XS post & peep sight on there right now but a scope sounds neat if it is as quick to "acquire the target" as the current peep sight set up. I just got the Lever Scout mount from XS & will mount one of my red dots to it just to see how I like that set up. But I think I want the Leopold Scope to gain some accuracy at longer range. I could not imagine taken a shot on deer beyond 100 yards w/ this set up.
So who knows someones brother-in-law's friend of a neighbor that can get this scope for cheap or used?
