A guy came by my farm yesterday and wanted to trap snapping turtles from my lake. His grandad helped build the lake in 1947 and he felt sure there would be some big old snappers there. He said, he was selling the turtles to a man who claimed "to have bought snappers so old and large they had- minnie balls and arrowheads in them"
