Nice call!
I've got my grandad's old box call. It's also a Lynch, but made in Bessemer, Al. Tons of holes in the lid also. I always thought it was something he had done to make it sound better until I saw more just like it on Ebay.

Also didn't Lynch move to Liberty,MS much later than 1958? Seems like I read somewhere it was 1970...

Those older Lynch calls do sound good though.

Liberty , Miss calls were produced after the co was sold and they moved from Bama .
You have a nice call made in the 70s ..

Never said I knew when the call was made, Was my dads!
Just proud to own it !
I know they were stamped with that production date.....

Actually it's not a bad sounding call !
I know for sure it isn't a fake !

I know alot of them haven't made it through the years without broken lids or unusable abuse !

The new ones are useless.
