What oz shot do yall shot in a 20 gauge. I bought a box of hevi 13 in 1 1/4 oz 3in 6 shot is that to small of an oz. I am confused a little on oz size.Thanks

6 shot is not too small. I'll be toting 7s in my 20 this year

That is a light load but it is still plenty to kill a turkey. Might not be able to stretch it to 40 with the low pellet count but 30 should be no problem at all.

There should be about 235-260 pellets in that load depending on if you have 13g/cc hevi shot or 12g/cc hevi shot

My son's Rem. 870 Youth 20ga with a Kicks GT got 189 pellets in a 10" circle at 40yds. Hevi 13, 3", #7's.
