Just got off the phone with a friend of mine who unlike me did not have to work this morning so he, his brother and his cousin went after some waterfowl on Oconee (some secret spot) this morning and what a morning they had!

They killed 5 Geese with 3 bands from Maryland as well as a pair of Mallards with a band from Saskatchewan (sp?)!

gage i dont want to bust any bubbles but 90% of bands say laurel md on em..... thats just the place that you send the info on the band to... i guarntee you that those geese were banded on oconee. i got a lanyard full of oconee goose bands and every one of em have been banded on the lake... my buddy helps band em every year
