Help with avatar

Having issues posting an avatar pic. The file size is 25.5 kb. I keep getting the message invalid file.

What is the image file type? Make sure its .gif .jpeg or some other picture file. Not a word doc or something crazy. Just a thought

It's a jpg. Not sure why it's still considered invalid

Open it in paint and then save it as a new file on your desktop. Upload it from there and see if that works

Avatar pics can't be but so large...I'm not certain but I think it's like 1000x1000 or something like that? try resizing ur pic...it may be too large.
