A couple of Corian Calls I turned last night

Here are a couple of Inlaid Corian Turkey Calls I turned tonight.

The first Call was turned out of a piece of Green Corian with multiple colored specks and some gold metal flake in it. The Inlay Band is Boxwood and Sapelli. The Calling Surface is Bronze Crystal over a Slate Sound Board.

The Second Call was turned out of a piece of Bone Colored Corian with multiple colored specks and some gold metal flake in it. The Inlay Band is Boxwood and Sapelli. The Calling Surface is Glass over a Glass Sound Board.

Thanks Greg! It is not too hard to turn. I turned several calls with this stuff 2 or 3 years ago and put the rest of the blanks to the side. I prefer to use wood because of it's natural beauty. Keep your tools sharp and a caontainer of Ice Water close and you shouldn't have any trouble. Corian or Corian type materials Acrylic in a Flat Dimensional form.
