sorry i gave mine smaller camo away..check your local thrift stores, especially for pants. $4 per pair.

Buy a mens medium or large or XL long sleeved camo tee shirt and she can wear it over a coat she already has. It will probably come down to her knees so a regular pair of blue jeans will be fine.
