Early last turkey season, i got caught in a thunderstorm. I was hunting before work, so didn't get a chance to clean up my stuff till that night. Unfortunately, water damage had warped my Tony Reynolds Switchback aluminum/ glass double side. I made a few phone calls and finally got a return call from Tony and explained the situation. I sent the call to him with the understanding that he'd repair if possible, but no guarantee.
Well, i got it back in the mail today! It is my original call but he totally rebeveled the wood and laid new aluminum in it!
No charge and only a note that he was sorry for taking so long. Just wanted to give him an Attaboy and Thank You!
