Arrow wraps

Does anybody here locally make arrow wraps, or have any leads on some, I just started using wraps and really like them, but don't care to pay $15.00 per dozen.

There's a fellow on ArcheryTalk who sell them real cheap. He's a good guy, too. He sells solids for like $3.50/dz and fades are about twice that. His user ID is Bowmanhunter.
