these turkeys showed up at christmas and have stayed around my neighborhood ever since....they will walk right up to you so i know they belong to someone and are very tame....im just wondering what kind of turkeys they are cause ive never seen any colored like this

Those are domesticated turkeys...basically they ran away from home :bounce:

That is your basic 4 legged, 2 headed turkey. I see them all the time after a few snorts of my rhuematis elixir. :biggrin2:

This one may result from some crossing in the past with domestic turkeys, white or Royal Palm, or simply be a natural sport, the term for an unexpected color variation. Could also be a broad-breasted bronze. You never know what exact color it is. Just google it and see what looks the most similar.

Those things are bringing a fortune at the livestock auctions these days....if you cannot find their rightful owner you could make a little coin taking them to the sale.
