Are they still gobbling in Cherokee/Bartow counties? I was thinking about going tomorrow and may be again next week. But I don't want to waste my time or gas since it is an hour drive. Any feedback is appreciated.

Been 3 times in last 2 weeks, no gobbling. Watched a long beard on roost this morning and would not gobble - owl, yelp, etc...

turkeys don't have to be gobbling to kill them. I know one thing for sure...you will not kill one staying at home

I was fishing on Carters lake Sun. am & one was gobbling on his own from daylight till nearly 9 am.
