so when I got off today I was determined to fire the coals up. Its still cooking and was dark when I got it on. Poppers, tater salad and a rack of spares. My phone camera hates the dark and my stomach is grumbling.

Looks great! What did you stuff the peppers with. I made poppers as well and used Mascarpone Cheese.

I used cream cheese and added a small slice of steak in there too. How was the mascarpone?
