Randolph County al club needs a few members

We have a new club up and going in randolph county al 1000 acres all in 1 block this will be a family freindly club without a huge list of rules tag in out first come first serve
be respectfull is all that is asked about 15 plots with good access to all club land by roads will be 14 or 15 members at $400.00 each just give me a call mike hope 334-436-0043

how far would it be from heard county on hwy 34 at the state line

about 18 miles from franklin from the state line i would think about 12 or 13 if you come up to rockmills and turn right its not too far to the club

what does the land have .any creeks,cutover,power line ,swamps

it has cutover, creeks, hardwood draws, no power lines or swamps, does have some cane break bottoms, there will not be but just a few more acres of the timbeer harvested because he has cut nearly all the marketable timber if you are not to far away i am showing the property at 2:00 saturday your are more than welcome send me a email adress and i think i can cut and paste you a map
