Good luck. Keep us posted. What section you in? We go there the 24th I think is the date. U should find some ridiculous acorns and this weathe should be great.

Man ive never seen so many white oak acorns In my life! Rubs and scrapes every where. We in 13-2 i believe this is best looking area we have ever hunted. Over here.

Only buck that im awear of was a basket rack 7pt. No deer have been checked in today. Evenings seem much better, way to many white oak acorns the deer dont have to move.

Gt hunter...your hunt should be dead on,lots of fresh rubs and scrapes everywhere. Should be some chasing by then,halloween is a magic date for this part of newton and your hunt just couple days shy of it.
