The sun is suppose to rise at 7:42. What time should I be in the stand?

well, you can't legally hunt until thirty minutes before sunrise, which in the case of 7:42 would mean 7:12. I like to be in the stand at least 35-40 minutes before that. I have always gone under the idea that if my rifle wasn't loaded, I wasn't hunting. sometimes I don't even pull it up with the rope until then. Anyone think I'm not legal?.
