Calcium stains on glass

I am building a greenhouse for someone and they have a lot of e-glass to use but most all of them have some serious calcium stains (I'm assuming thats what it is anyway).
We have tried steel wool and baking soda/vinegar solution which got out most but not all.
There is still a white haze after it dries. Any ideas about getting this stuff to come off?

Its expensive and very labor intensive but cerium oxide and a polishing pad will take it off.

could it be a seperation in the double pane glass and a chemical reaction has occured, creating a frosting of the pane?

Citric acid will definitely dissolve calcium deposits. But glass can be polished using sodium metasilicate. Either one at 10% will work effectively.

CLR from the grocery store will take it off. It's dilute phosphoric acid. Follow all precautions on bottle.
