Cup of blue berries, cup of black berries, four large strawberries, one banana all frozen. Put in blender pour enough milk to cover fruit and blend till smooth. Sometimes I add peaches. About two of these is enough for a good cleansing.
No juicer but for smoothies the above sounds pretty good. Frozen fruit plus chia seeds, coconut oil, peanut butter,(although it gives a peanut butter taste) ground flax seeds, a raw egg, lecithin powder, ice cream, flavored yogurt, kefir, vanilla, ice, mango, acai, tofu, whey, applesauce, and guava.
