I have a H&R break action muzzleloader in .45.It was given to me.What is a good load to start with in it?I plan to be at B.F.Grant with it.Also the "plug"(I guess that's what it is,it holds the nipple)tends to slide back after a period of several shots,what can I do to fix this?The plug is one piece with an O ring around it.Is it reccomended that you put loc-tite or something on it?Thanks for looking,donnie
