Cut the breast into nuggets, coat in mustard, batter in House of Autrys, and fry.

My favorite fried recipe:
-Thoroughly clean up the breast, taking off anything that will be tough to chew
-cut into thumb sized nuggets
-soak in salt water, rinse and repeats for several days, if time allows
-empty salt water, soak in buttermilk for a day
-drain excess buttermilk, season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper or Cajun seasoning
-bread with crushed Ritz crackers
-fry and enjoy with your favorite beverage.

Those breasts will be delicious most any way you cook them. Since you got an older turkey (I saw your pics), you're probably going to do better cooking the dark meat in a crock pot, on low about 8-10 hours, until it's very tender and using it in soup or chili. The dark meat gets really tough and gamey on those older toms, but it's delicious if you cook it and season it right.
