How do you "dry" your turkey's feet?

Get a small board large enough for the spread out foot to stand on. Drive 2 nails in between the toes were it can't slide forward. Take a string, wire, etc and loop around the top of the leg and pull it forward till you get the angle like you want it then tie the string off to a 3rd nail that you drive in front of the middle toe.

Here's how I am doing mine. I am not a taxidermist or any kind of expert, but someone I trust told me to do it this way:

Take a coat hanger and stick it down the back side of the leg until it comes out the bottom back pad. Let some of the hanger come out so that you can drill a hole in a board, stand the feet up and bend the hanger over on the under side of the board so the feet wont fall over. Then, just let them dry for a month or two. After that he also told me to spray or paint some kind of clear coat over them so the skin wont start to peel off.

I read several places about guys that do it this way with great results.
