Some Florida Paleo and Early Archaic points

It's taken many years to find this many. All these points date to about 7300 BC and older. Most are from the Tampa Bay area.

Some Florida stuff

A Six Mile Creek point, a kirk variety, from Hillsborough Co. Fl. Dating to around 5-6000 BC this one is made of an unusual colored baybottom chert.

Those are some beautiful points.I can't remember seeing anything to compare to those at the show last Saturday.There were hundreds of points there too.I know you enjoy them to no end as well.Thanks for posting them where we all can enjoy.
