Awesome blend of 140 acres of corn/beans mixed in with 160 acres of woods. Hunts much larger than 300 acres because of all the field edges. I have this lease for long term. I am looking for 1-3 individuals. Minimum antler restrictions are 130". It will be 2500 person. We will split costs for food plots etc.

right now it is just me. I would like no more than 4 but ideally 2-3. The cost will be determined by the total amount of people. I will split everything equally. This is not a deal that I will benefit from.

Don't know how many of you guys also frequent the AT site, but if I was interested in this opportunity, I'd want to know some answers raised by this same posting over there. Not saying there isn't a good answer, but I'd want to investigate it and find out. Check it out

I have never had the lease. I am interested in getting the lease. I however would need at least another person to help cover the lease.
