Took my Beagle pup out to play this morning in the local national forest where I turkey hunt and saw 2 toms together and both of them had beards dragging the ground! :clap:

The area I was in has never been turkey hunted before but this year they have opened it up for the first time ever I have 4 permits to hunt it (4 seperate hunts).

I would say both birds had beards at least 12 inchs long :clap:

I saw 7 longbeards in a field together last weekend. Sure was nice to see em. Kept turning around and riding by them to get a better look; Like always they'll hardly pay you any attention until you stop.
