There's no fish in that creek,,,,,,,,

That's what I've been told several times over the years. The stream in question runs from a 30 acre pond,,, down through our city park all the way down to the Saluda River several miles away. So yesterday I found myself with an hour to kill and my daughter and I hit it. Now granted, we ain't setting any records here,,,, but there do be fish in that there water.:cheers:

Man I love it! Beautiful young'un, smiling from ear to ear, coolest jacket on the planet, great seeing a fly rod in her hands! Tell her nice fish too!

Fish are where they are and you won't know until you put hardware in the water. I've caught them out of tractor ruts (after little highwater problem).
Fishing is always good doings!
That hornyhead would be great smallmouth bait.

I believe fish to be in every creek till I get skunked, and even then I wonder if it was bad bait choice.
