My deer(sic) wife gave me a new ghillie suit for Christmas.
They've worked before and I believe it would be perfect for turkey hunting. I laid down in a natural area in the back yard with it on and my wife couldn't find me.

Mine is made on a heavy duty mesh shell. Yes, it can be warm but i've never moved very fast in one

yeah heat would be a major problem later in the season.

If I've roosted birds the night before or have a good idea where they'll be, I'll walk in ,set up and then put it on. If you're moving a lot, it will heat up, but chances of a bird busting you are less.
