I measured out my spurs last week and I made note that depending on how you put the tape down on the spur, the measurement can be quite different. The inside of the spur seems to be a bit longer than the outside. If you measure the curve, it's longer than the opposite side, etc....
So, what is the official method used to measure the spur?
Outside? Inside? Top? Bottom?
