What do you guys think about this idea.I have thought for the highly pressured and highly sought after WMA's that a special opportunity draw like Florida has would be a good way to raise money and limit the hunting pressure. For example, Have a $10 application fee and you can submit as many as you want and then you pay a permit fee of $50 if you get selected.
