model 1400 problem

I don't know much about gunsmithing so I need some advise. My gun is jamming pretty bad. From what I have read here the gas chamber is probably clogged. Can someone tell me where it is on this gun how to get to it and how to clean it, please? Any help would be nice, its hurting my rabbit hunting.
