Ok.. just bought a bag of this stuff... has anyone planted it yet or had any luck with it??? Just bought it as a test plot and was wondering how it worked for anyone who uses it right now

We just planted 3 acres 2 weeks ago and it is up about a 1/2 inch. I will let you know how it goes.

Thanks... Glad we did not plant it this weekend due to all the rain we just had and we are thinking of getting it in the ground in the next couple of weeks... we first have to plow under a spot to put it out.. :)

Well we have disc'ed our "Test Plot" this weekend and I am heading up to do a little "Cleaning" and getting ready to plant.. :)

I am hoping to get a few things done on the plot this weekend including getting the seed in the ground but we will see if Mother Nature lets us do it :)

Malimn,

It,s up about 1 1/2" but is not very thick at all. I think all the rain we got just after planting from hurricane washed and covered alot of seed. I will post later in the year on how it looks and if the deer are using it.
