Ya need to keep on a feeding them after the season. Seen 14 deer the other night in a 2 mile stretch of road at 9 p.m. Seen hardly any deer through here during the season. Guessing their corn piles disappeared and they are out foraging acting like Odocoileus virginianus now.

Well send them on down here, plenty of food in my feeders. They get checked and filled every 2 weeks whether they need it or not.

This is also the time of year when deer need calories and trace minerals the most. Pourin the feed to em all fall keeps their metabolism up. Cuttin em off and shuttin that down all at once in the winter is hard on em.

The season is over. Well that explains why I have not heard any shooting. Or 4 wheelers.

We feed all season, heck we are still sitting on 20, 55 gallon barrels of corn...

Never seen a turkey in a trough feeder or jump up to feed out of a gravity feeder.
It ain’t very hard !
We had a trough feeder on land in Mid Ga, DNR shut our club down due to the feeder having feed in it during turkey season. Theory was it drawled turkey in, and you could call one from it.

Had one out for years with a camera on it and have yet to see the first turkey around the feeder, lol.
Same with the gravity feeders.

We do not turkey hunt, but we have tons of them. Too hot here in S.Ga. No we do not want any turkey hunters.
