No peekin...Biscuits get easier and better every time you make them. Just keep makin' em and you'll be an expert before you know it. Only thing different I do in the skillet is push em closer together around the edge and add one more biscuit. Keep making em and posting pics!Gave my first try at scratch buttermilk biscuits, they were edible but learned a few things for the next go at it,and the wife made up an awesome chicken tetrazini dish.
