The drum are being worn out in the Cumberland sound. Any reports from the St Simons sound.

my wife and i were getting into them 3/27 at the hampton marina docks.. mostly smaller ones .. one more day and i think it would have gotten good

we just had frozen shrimp on the bottom.. if we had it to do over i think we'd have went away from the docks and tried maybe 20'.. we were fighting wind so bad .this weekend should be a good tide, . good luck

Any general areas specifically best for the whiting and drum? Last time I planned to go up that way the wind and tides prevented the trip, never fished the Sid Lanier Bridge area and just a general idea of what spots may product would be super helpful.
