One of my favorite meals on this planet is a good big ol' hamburger steak, and YHFP did these up right: seared in hundred-year-old cast iron with baked tater, caramalized Vidalias, and garlic bread. Doesn't get any better, IMO! If I was on death row, this would definitely be on my short list for last meals:
Last night, I grilled up some brats and peppersnunyuns hit with some kosher salt, cracked black pepper, garlic, and oregano; and steamed it all with a little beer while it was grilling. Throw a buttered bun on the grill, stuff it full of sausage and veggies, add some fries and a cold beer, and it makes some pretty durn good eats:
