Need a smith to install new handguard.

I will say that if you want to install a free float handguard that requires a new barrel nut and thus a barrel nut wrench, they aren't too expensive but buy the good one that goes all the way around the barrel and has 5 pins or more and not just 3. One like this or similar will be less likely to slip and mess up the barrel nut, plus you can put a torque wrench on these or a cheater bar if needed. https://www.brownells.com/gunsmith-tools-supplies/rifle-tools/wrenches/ar-15-m16-barrel-nut-wrench-prod27412.aspx?avs|Make_3=AR-15

There are other options out there but the combo tools will frequently fail and just frustrate you

yes, those are good wrenches. Most of them have a torque wrench spot in them. You may also need a gas tube alignment tool. If you are going to clamp it in a vice you will also really want vice blocks. If you don't want to buy all of that take it to a smith.
