104 acres with camp site. Has running water and Electricity for camper hook up. Camper could be available also. Their is also a 40X60 pole barn that can be used. Their are 10 spots already cleared for food plots. Fruit trees planted with apples and pears. Mostly Pine with small wet weather creek. Has hardwoods on both sides. I have planted Lots of hardwoods and persimmons planted but not producing yet. Nice rolling terrain with a road system. 2000.00 for the lease but am negotiable for the write person.
