Question about signing up for a youth quota hunt.

I've never applied for a quota hunt and was trying to put in for the doerun pitcher plant bog youth turkey for my son since its close to home and we unfortunately lost our hunting lease this year due to it being sold. Everything I've found says you can start applying june 1st with the deadline being feb 15th. I went to the dnr website and the page to apply for hunts but it doesn't show any options for adult/child turkey. Am I missing a step somewhere or have they just not started accepting applications for those hunts yet?

All you need is his name and SS#, build him an account and start putting in for every hunt available! You can even put in for points if you want.

Well that makes perfect sense, guess I was over thinking it and completely overlooked the obvious. Thanks for the help guys.
