1) Does anyone see any still falling...I hunted Baldwin Co last week and the white oaks were STILL raining down..wondering how long it can last ? 2) How long will a acorn last on reasonably dry ground before its "rotten" ?

1) YES, by the truck loads!!

2) A good while, not sure exactly but they will usually be eaten for the most part before they rot if you have high deer numbers.

How 2......

Boatloads in Hancock as well......

In the Hardwoods, smaller bucks are being seen, but not really the BIG BOYS........

Of course with the "RUT" almost here, it don't really matter ......Just get where the Does and the Food are, and the bucks will surely follow.....

There are so many acorns "some" will surely rot....But, it's gonna be a while.........
