Default Offshore charter recommendation for St marys

Any recommendations for an offshore charter out of St Mary's later this spring, it would be 4 guys?

When you say offshore do you mean bottom fishing for grouper, snapper etc? Because there is a narrow window when you can keep them.

Either trolling or bottom fishing, looks like grouper will be open May 1.

When do you plan on going? The reefs? The snapper banks? The stream? Mid may cobia should be showing up.

I'm thinking May, I'd like to be able to keep a grouper since the ars are extinct until the end of 18. I also need time to save up to pay for the excursion. Of the 4 of us going 2 of us have flats boats, so we'd like to catch grouper, aj, etc., Though cobia would be fun too.
