Default ruger vaquero birds head

i'am thinking about buying a ruger vaquero bird's head pistol i was wanting a little feed back on what yall think good or bad. .45 colt

I have yet to see a Ruger revolver that was not perfect in fit and function. You will not be disappointed.

they are loaded lighter and usually with a lead bullet.

Less powder so there is less recoil, so faster shooting and target acquisition!!! They don't ware you out as fast and cheaper also.

I love my two. They started out as .45, but I got my gun smith to trade them out onto a pair in .357. I use them for Cowboy Action Shooting. These have had just about everything that my gunsmith, Hogleg Smith can do to them. I also had him trade out the hammers for Ruger Super Blackhawk hammers.

If SASS OK's the proposal to approve Bisley hammers on any gun, I'll have them installed too.
