Y'all need to stop by and see the Hunley submarine over in charleston SC if ur in the neighborhood. Nice display and u can sit inside the thing!

tad1, I think you're a little off, buddy.
 The Hunley has been in a fresh-water tank to preserve it but was available for viewing (not very good views from what I've been told- the time my wife and I went to see it, it was closed). Article says they are redoing the tank for better viewing and to aid in the restoration. Next trip to Charleston I hope to see it. Even though the Hunley was a death trap and many knew that they had no problem getting volunteers to man it .
