Oh heck yeah I'd pitch in! I had thought about getting everybody to send in a couple of extra dollars each to pay those guys and then if the 2nd place cards showed up we could use that money for best 2 or 3 bucks killed this season bonus money.

Ok on May 26 I sent Nick a Text asking about the Claim of the lost cards ....He said He had the money from the usps claim and was in PC on a short vacation and was going to stop By Bass pro on his way home and get the cards. On June 2 i sent him a text asking had he got the cards in the mail..No respond ... Thats where we stand.... I dont wont any of this to affect our challenge next year either...

Sad thing is the challenge had grown every year! For the serious members of the bow forum it was something to look forward to. And DuckHawk was a very well thought of and respected member of this community. I just can't understand how that little money would be worth trashing your reputation over. It has to be something legit or he'd have might as well kept all the cash!

I'm right in there too guys. I hope we can have things solved by July 4th.
The message DH posted just after January had second place at $150 each. Billy did the math on that and all the payouts would have been over $150 more than was paid in. If my math is right $125 each or $375 total is what we need to scrape up. Billy, send me a PM with your address or paypal and I'll get you something too. Doesn't matter to me if the mods want us to do it or not, it's the right thing to do for these guys that beat the rest of us fair and square.

Why were the cards mailed if all that was needed were the numbers on the back of the giftcards??? Would be pretty simple to send a PM and an email, there would be no chances of a mix up either. Perhaps we should set it up a bit differently this year?

Ok..I finally sent Nick another text and got a response..He said we should have the cards by the end of the week..He said his work schedule doesnt allow him to get to the P.O before closing.He also said he knows were frustrated But hes dang sure not going to take advantage of anyone.....He apologized and promised we will get the cards.
