Default Sunday afternoon Good Ole Boy Style

Had a lil fishfry get together at the house yesterday! We cooked and ate about 20lbs of catfish filets about 2 pounds of seatrout filets and about 2 pounds of scallops. All fish were harvested legally and all rules were followed in proper Good Ole Boy way! We had a blast! Good food, good friends and good fun! That is what life is all about! See you guys on the water soon!

I soak them in buttermilk and lemon pepper seasoning overnight. Then shake them in a mix of Louisiana Fish Fry from Academy, Uncle Bucks Fish Fry, and Lemon Pepper and a lil garlic powder! Delicious!

So, when is the next one? I have seen Chad's post, he can get us another 20 pounds of fish next week.

We should all plan something, would be fun, and just thing about all the lies that would be told.
