Im making cubans out of the leftovers for lunch tomorrow.... Already made 1 tonight for a snack tasted great...baby swiss pork and mustard pressed on cuban bread then toasted on a griddle...sorry no pics

If I use a rub on something I smoke, then I use yellow mustard to coat the meat and hold the rub.

hey there goes my patton....just kidding.. i have seen people using mustard just didnt know how...i do all my loins like this when grilling ...i will try when smoking now as well..thanks for the heads up ..... that honey mustard adds a whole nother layer of flavor...good stufffffffff
