Club In Heard Looking ( 645 acres ) UPDATED.

UPDATE >> As of 7-9-2012 New options have opened up to us to pick up a possible 206 more acres. ( part of the orginal tract ) This means could have 4 more openings if the interest is there. This partial of land has not been hunted for at least 3 years to my knowledge and is still full standing timber. I am told that is was leased by a connecting land lease to be kept only as a buffer between them and another tract. Please Pm if interested and for any other info.

We have a club in Heard co. and looking to replace a few members that have moved on. 90 % thinned pines, creek bottoms loaded with hardwoods and several old loading decks layed out for Food plots. We have adopted the QDM rules for all adults and that has worked out well. If interested, shoot me a Pm and I can fill in any other info you may onterested in. Dues are $590.

We carry 10 members total. As for turkey, its only a guess but I say good, Loaded at times and the next week like a ghost town. We taken some nice ones in the last 3 years.

I met with Redneck Maguiver last weekend and looked at this property and planned on joining because I thought I was gonna lose my lease! Super nice guy! And seemed to be a str8 up ran club and it has deer on it. Fortuntly I was able to hold on to my club! But totally recommend you guys taking a look at this!
