Further to your point, if a driver tailgates a driverless car will it brake check the tailgater or speed up? Could add entertainment value to the commute.

If you sit in the right seat of a driverless car do you qualify for the HOV lane?

It might be similar to the red-light cameras....
You'll get a picture of your license plate in the mail, and if you don't respond within 14 days you'll get a picture of a middle finger in the mail.

Which is why you should just go ahead and flip off the driverless car in the first place. He who flips first flips best I always say.
